沙曼0基础(练习强度1级)

——

原名哈他课,结合沙曼科学的编排,注重正位,呼吸,综合、全面,基础的瑜伽练习,课程节奏适宜、强度偏小,比较适合瑜伽初学者。

开肩开胯(练习强度1.5级)

——

根据现代人的需要,沙曼开肩开髋在全面练习身体的基础上,着重地伸展打开肩和髋部,增加关节的灵活度,“水管容易在拐弯的地方堵塞,气血容易在关节的地方堵塞”,在课堂上我们注意建立肌肉力量,安全、享受地打开人体两个最大关节----肩部,胯部,兼顾有效的练习强度,也达到有效疏通气血功效。

肩颈脊椎(练习强度1.5级)

——

整堂课在沙曼瑜伽全面均衡练习的基础上,侧重脊椎,肩颈的保健,不仅建立练习者良好的姿态习惯,还侧重创造身体条件能做到身体正位不挤压脊椎肩颈,包括加强根基的力量,背肌力量的练习来做到延展脊椎,加强肩颈的灵活度.......达到不仅改善体态,还改善脊椎,肩颈由于挤压造成的普遍问题。

肩颈疗理 (练习强度1.5级)

——

由于长期伏案工作和用手机,现代人几乎肩颈都有问题。颈部有两条大动脉,肩颈就像人体的十字路口,是气血供应头部的主要通道。我们几乎所有肩颈的问题来自不正确的姿态造成的挤压堵塞,致痛致病。我们的肩颈疗理课程注重加强肩颈的灵活度和力量的练习,也兼顾全身练习,给肩颈创造条件能够保持正确位置,不再挤压,释放疼痛和堵塞而达到疗理问题。

塑形瑜伽(练习强度2级)

有效练习核心,以及身形塑形的效果。健身塑形抓住3大块:1,美臀;2,腰腹塑形;3,背肌力量保持上半身姿态挺拔舒展,并理疗肩颈。塑形与瑜伽结合,效果与修复搭配,利于练习者接受,坚持。

热瑜伽(练习强度1.5级)

在38-42度的高温中练习,练习者提前1个小时适当补充水份,课前注意清洁皮肤,课后注意保暖,继续补水。高温瑜伽练习有效的减肥、塑形、排毒、提高代谢及身体柔韧度改善身体的灵活度,同时高温中的呼吸练习很有效的提升肺活量,平衡体式的练习很好提升我们的专注力,让身心更舒适平静。

阴瑜伽(练习强度1级)

练习强度较舒缓,专注呼吸,缓解工作生活中所带来的压力,强调的是整个身体的放松,清空杂念并结合缓慢自然的呼吸,长时间的动作保持,在肌肉完全放松的状态下锻炼骨骼及其结缔组织、疏通经络,调节神经系统、增强耐力以达到收心减压…的功效。


孕产瑜伽 (练习强度1级)

为孕产妇量身定制,安全有效,并提高孕妇自身肌肉力量、柔韧以便增加产力利于生产,让孕妇享受呼吸同时和腹中的宝宝及早建立爱的连接,并且利于产后修复,为产后良好体态打好基础。

烛光冥想

是练习冥想的最好方法之一。通过凝视固定的点 来逐渐训练专注的能力,练习进入冥想之中。经常练习冥想可以减压,增长内在智慧,减少烦恼。凝视烛光流出的眼泪可以排出眼部的杂质,加快了眼部的血液循环 可以很好的解决和预防所有眼部疾病问题和视力疲劳等问题。

探索如何呼吸冥想愈合把心从混乱到激光聚焦。 你可以得到更多的事情做好,当你专注并意识到你的心灵! 冥想是一种对生命系统能量释放,重组、修复、优化的综合过程,经过冥想透彻洗礼之生命会更加平和与宁静,这对整个机体有着意义深远作用的宁静状态,简而言之,在宁静中,也只有在宁静中,才能达到自我实现瑜伽!

适合接触过沙曼基础课程,力量需求较多。空中瑜伽又叫反重力瑜伽,利用空中瑜伽吊床,完成哈他瑜伽体式。练习者感受到身体体重,加深体式的伸展、阻力和正位能力,具有高效的放松、疗愈、瘦身效果,更具有趣味性和互动性。
