瑜伽礼仪为了让您及他人享受最美好的体验,练习瑜伽请依照下列指示进行:

1.进入教室:请于上课前5分钟到达。所有课程将准时开始,为了尊重其它学员,迟到5分钟者将不得进入。

2.请勿交谈:教室内须保持肃静,教室内及走廊均不得大声谈话。请勿在教室里吃东西。禁止使用手机:请关掉你的手机或调整为震动模式。请勿将电话带到教室中。

3.课程预约:所有课程预约均可于3小时前预约,由于某些课程参与的人数很多,请事先上网查看课表并电话预约或网上预约。

  务必选择初级的课程,听从前台和会籍人员的推荐,初学者不要在第一次练习时错误地选择了高级别的课程。探究并尝试不同的瑜伽课程。如果您不喜欢某一个别的课程或者老师,也不要放弃瑜伽。现代瑜伽种类丰富,你会找到合适你的瑜伽练习。了解瑜伽不同于其他的运动,瑜伽是一种结合了呼吸,放松,精神和冥想,基于古老传统的健康锻炼。在瑜伽练习过程中您不能像身旁的人一样柔软并不意味着您做得不如人家。这可能与身体素质有关,有些人肌肉较紧,柔韧性不够,有些人天生身体柔软;也可能与练瑜伽的时间有关,在您身边练习的人可能已经练习瑜伽很多年。只要做到您合适的度,注重呼吸的质量,同样可以得到有效的锻炼,通过练习吸取能量并滋养身心。

   作为一个瑜伽初学者,最好尽可能多地上课,建议一周三次。如果开始练习时肌肉酸涨,请不要担心,这是身体肌肉不适应突然增加的运动而释放的肌肉酸,这是正常现象。请坚持练习,过两天身体适应了就好了。如果练习者怀疑自己受伤了,请和老师沟通。
